I would give zero stars if I could. The service received from beyond awful. I didn't get her name because she was not wearing a name tag. She didn't even give me my receipt when I reached out she crumble it up and threw it away. She was so rude, I asked for flatbread and she said they didn't carry it. This has to be the worst Subway to ever exist, if I could give negative zero stars. Dirty restaurant, loud music, and really really bad service. Definitely need to hire better people for $20 an hour... Ridiculous!!!
Ordered a sandwich in person at 10:55 today and woman behind the counter had her AirPods on and was having a full conversation and not paying attention. Find it very disrespectful and unprofessional to be on the phone during working hours.
I pre-ordered my food online, and when I get there, they said "someone already picked it up" so you don't even bother checking the name of the person who ordered the food? I have only 30 minutes for lunch and preorder all my food so I can actually eat it, when you give my food away and "have to remake it" and have an attitude about it "if I still want it" I PAID FOR IT AND YOU GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE
