Upon ordering a salad, the lettuce and spinach was wilted, when asking for fresh ingredients, the person making the salad exclaimed that it was fresh and put out that morning... it was 1pm when I ordered food. They don't have croutons nor Italian dressing yet "SubCrunch" with no explanation on what the fun festival that is. They are trash and for some reason greedy with the ingredients that they will need to throw out if not used. Will never visit this chummy place again. 0/10
There was no one in the front. We were patiently waiting for someone to help us out or at least tell us they'll be right with us. Instead, we were given attitude. So if you like bad customer service, this is the spot.
Stephanie was very helpful and made a great sandwich ,I always see the bathroom key sitting there on the counter, if you don't pay attention that is your fault
I got very bad food poisoning from this place. The chicken was not cooked all the way through and my sister said her tuna sandwich smelled rotten. The staff was rude and the place was dirty. I am a local and I will never be eating there again. It sucks bad!
