The girl had a poor attitude and just kept saying is that all. She only put one piece of meat on my subway club. Very disappointed in the service and sandwitch. First time giving a bad reveiw. The service just keeps getting worse and worse.
***DO NOT EAT HERE*** I placed an order on the app and when I arrived to pickup, not only did they not have the raspberry cookies available, they messed up one of my sandwiches! I ordered a BLT and only had dry old bread and two pieces of bacon. Ridiculous!
I ordered double protein on the subway app and didn't receive it. I also didn't receive the sauces I asked for.
I have shopped at subway for years this is by far the worst experience. I can into the shop off central and collier. I walked in (door bell rang) i waited about 5 min. I heard someone washing dishes figured she didn’t hear I popped my head over and said can someone help me please? She said I’ll be right there. Waited another 10 mins still heard her washing dishes. Finally got up and left. Poorest service ever.i will not return to this subway. Please check the video. 7/22@3:20 u til 3:36
Burnt sandwich because I asked for extra crispy bacon, mind you I asked for the bacon toasted separately.. anyway employee very rude careless about the customer. I was very polite because I know she’s only a worker but no customer care at all! I asked for my money back she said yes the manager can go that I asked to speak to the manager and she said hello be back Monday. This is Friday afternoon… I told her I always order my subways here (at least twice per week) she’s like we know that’s why he said we can’t toast the bacon... read more
