If u could put a negative star that would be better. 5 out of 5 experiences with online orders are always wrong. Do not go to subway in draffenville and put an online order in and expect it to be right. It will not happen!!!

I placed a mobile order for a sandwich last week and they did not have the avocado which I had paid $2 for. I asked for the $2 back and they said to come back when a manager was on duty. So I went back today and they said you have to request refunds within 24 hours, and also said that they always have avocado (???) so I must be lying. I'm glad I learned this store isn't willing to resolve problems on a $2 issue instead of a more expensive one.

With a chain restaurant, you should be able to expect some level of consistency across the board. I ordered a steak and cheese sub and had it toasted. It was toasted just to the point of being burnt bread and the steak was so tough you couldn't even chew it. I ended up pitching most of the order in the trash. This is the second instance of extremely poor quality. The subway quality and this location in particular has really gone downhill.
