This Benton Location, as well as Draffenville location are poorly managed. Today, they are out of the Sub of the day..Chicken Teriyaki. They cannot use the chicken to make another sub for the same price as the sub of the day. You just have to pay more. They are very often out of what you order, and you very often wait excessive amounts of time in the drive through. In Draffenville, you'll be lucky to place an order. Went to Subway yesterday and ordered 4 footlongs with more on it — the guy working there made everything super fast and didn’t mess anything up. All the subs tasted amazing and were made really well. Great service!
The bread was hard and could barely eat this sandwich. Also paid for extra meat and did not have extra meat on either sandwich! Will not be ordering again!
Angel and KJ did an excellent job at making our lunch today! It was delicious and well made. The customer service was great.
