When I pulled up on 9/8/26 around 7:00pm the boy was leaning against the cash register and then started making a pick up order while talking on the phone. with the speaker on. I was not in the mood to listen to him and the person dropping the F Bomb. Then he asked what 3 sandwiches I wanted. Proceeded to tell him and when I said Ham he proceeded to tell me in his hateful way they were out of Ham. So I just walked out and went to the Hardin Valley store. She was GREAT.
Absolutely unprofessional. This kid is in there by himself and I put an order online in. I got there when I was supposed to and the store was locked. He finally opened it and the whole place smelled like weed. Then he didn’t even have it done and took forever. That was a few weeks ago. Stooped in today 4/15 to get a couple of sandwiches for me and my wife. When I arrived there was a sign on the door saying the worker was on lunch break I said ok then went back to my car to wait patiently I sat in the parking lot for a good 20 mins waiting and then with the sign on the door families just started pulling up and walking right in after I sat for 20 mins out of respect of the employee and their break time so I just drove off. Went to the Karns subway on Oakridge hwy. Ordered online said order would be ready at 5:15 got their at 5:30 . My wife's was ready for pickup. Only one person working he ignored me the whole time. He had not made my sandwich was making people a sandwich that just walked in. $22.00 for our Sandwiches. I was so mad I walked out because it was evident he was not going to help me. So I paid for a foot long was charged for it didn't get it. Don't go to Karns subway.
