My grandson and I went into this store around 6 pm on Tuesday January 20 2026. There were 2 people in front of us. Not very busy and the man working there was rude to the woman in front of us. They left and then he asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted a total of 5 sandwiches. Then he told me he was too busy to make them. So we left and went outside and got in the car. Sandwich was great. Used the app, it was easy and ready to go when I got there. Lady was very nice. I DO have an issue with only having 1 employee working a retail business, and I’m not even talking about the customer service implications. It’s the safety of the workers. I would think if 2 people are supposed to to work and somebody calls out, the franchise owner comes in, or the location needs to be closed due to staffing issues.
