Absolutely unprofessional. This kid is in there by himself and I put an order online in. I got there when I was supposed to and the store was locked. He finally opened it and the whole place smelled like weed. Then he didn’t even have it done and took forever. That was a few weeks ago. Stooped in today 4/15 to get a couple of sandwiches for me and my wife. When I arrived there was a sign on the door saying the worker was on lunch break I said ok then went back to my car to wait patiently I sat in the parking lot for a good 20 mins waiting and then with the sign on the door families just started pulling up and walking right in after I sat for 20 mins out of respect of the employee and their break time so I just drove off. Went to the Karns subway on Oakridge hwy. Ordered online said order would be ready at 5:15 got their at 5:30 . My wife's was ready for pickup. Only one person working he ignored me the whole time. He had not made my sandwich was making people a sandwich that just walked in. $22.00 for our Sandwiches. I was so mad I walked out because it was evident he was not going to help me. So I paid for a foot long was charged for it didn't get it. Don't go to Karns subway.
My grandson and I went into this store around 6 pm on Tuesday January 20 2026. There were 2 people in front of us. Not very busy and the man working there was rude to the woman in front of us. They left and then he asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted a total of 5 sandwiches. Then he told me he was too busy to make them. So we left and went outside and got in the car.
