Foud a piece of chipped wood, on my meatball sandwich. I told Carlos about it, I ask for money back, he told me to call and complain. No money back, or new sandwich. No manager on duty. If they would gave me a new sandwich or money back I wouldn't post this comment I understand things happen.
Carlos and Sandra were working hard. They were nice and quick. After my meal I used the restroom and they politely gave me the code. While eating I noticed people coming in and just asking to use the restroom.. I see why they need a code. As a business owner I understand that the restrooms need maintenance and don’t need the customers from other businesses coming to just use it.
Im giving this location only one star because this is my second time here in two weeks and the service was so bad that I walked out before even being served. On my first visit the employee sounded sick and made the sandwich sloppily without even putting the minimum amount of veggies. I worked at a Subway for 4 years, so I dont blame the employee for working sick, but rather the managers/owners for pressuring sick employees to still come into work.
