Called regarding an issue with my order they said the DoorDash came to pick up my order. However, the app never updated saying it left the store and I never got it and when I called the store to let them know the man who I was talking to just hung up on me
The staff are friendly In fact she helped me with an app so I could get my discount. 👍
I'm giving this a 5, because of the excellent way the young lady handled the situation. It was later at night and every other Subway was closed. This location said open. What the site DIDN'T say was that it was for pick up orders only... My phone wouldn't complete the order for some reason. Ordered the Titan Turkey which is supposed to have 33% more meat and double cheese. The guy told me he doesn't add extra meat unless the slip says it. So he gave me a regular Turkey sandwich. I even showed him a description of the sandwich on THEIR WEBSITE. HE THEN TOLD ME THE PRICE DIFFERENCE WAS BECAUSE I ADDED GREEN PEPPERS AND SWAPPED LETTUCE FOR SPINACH! HE LITERALLY PUT 3 LEAVES OF SPINACH AND 5 STRIPS OF GREEN PEPPERS. THIS IS SUCH A GREAT LOCATION BUT PM SERVICE LACKS! NEED TRAINING OR A WORKING MANAGER.
