As a disabled woman, I have never been more disrespected, and that is on top of the terrible food and prices. The owner told my friend (whom ordered for me as I cannot drive) that I should have come and ordered the food myself if I didn't like that only grated cheese was offered. My friend was in shock at how the owner spoke to her and knowing I was disabled, disrespected me like that. I placed an order at this location and thought I might have possibly dropped money out of my pocket when I called to ask about it. The guy who answered the phone told me if I “dropped money in their store. I wouldn’t get it back.” And then laughed I can’t even make this up like all you had to say was that you’d check to see if that was the case like what type of company blatantly tells you they’d steal from you if they find your money

Katie was EXTREMELY rude to my son and myself today. I placed an online order and I asked for mayo and mustard , went home had none of that and she claims the manager taught her this way? She stated that “ well I looked at the online order form and you said lite which means very little, and this is what I was taught so” no mustard is on my sandwich and she put like a drop on mayo on the end of the bread ?
