Asked for a water cup couldn’t get one when she clearly had several cups in front of her I just don’t understand customer service these days when some one asks you for a cup you give them a cup not give them some lame excuse
Presented the cashier with a $50 bill and was told they can't accept this bill, only $20 and below. No signs posted anywhere. Being I worked for a financial institution for over 20 yrs this blows my mind. The gentleman was nice but claimed per policy, the manager said no. Please understand that pens and security features and teaching staff on signed of counterfeit can be trained and your bank will accept $50's. Me and my family was doing some shopping and decided to get a quick bite to eat. We was greeted as we walked in, the service was fast and friendly. Our sandwiches tasted so fresh and were made correctly. We will definitely be returning more often.
