They were very sweet and patient with my indecisive kid. It was not busy and the food looked fresh!
Always so slow and get my order wrong half the time when I order ahead.
Poor customer service when they are told that what they are giving you is wrong. They still give it out and when brought back because it's wrong they literally put it back to resale, instead of throwingit away. When told they shouldn't do that because it's not sanitary and they don't know if the customer touched it, the young man wanted to get rude and loud about it. Went yesterday 08/22. The kid that made my sandwich had poor customer service and not very friendly. Cut the bread weird and treated lettuce like it was gold and didnt want to put much on. Proceeded to soak the sandwich with mustard. I literally had to say whoa to get him to stop. Needless to say, it was not good and I should have just walked out. I actually go to a subway near my house 4 or 5 times a week and Im glad they are not like this one. I will not stop at this one again.
