OMG!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT THIS LOCATION. AS WE ENTERED THE DOOR THE EMPLOYEE LOOKED BACK AND CONTINUED TO CLEAN. NEVER ONCE SAID " HELLO" "MAY I HELP YOU" SHE CONTINUED TO CLEAN AND THEN WENT TO THE BACK. SHE RETURNED TO THE FRONT AND SAID "WHAT ARE YOU GETTING??" NO COOKIES, ONLY WHITE OR WHEAT BREAD...NO NAPKINS THIS IS EMPLOYEE IS VERY VERY RUDE AND VERY VERY UMPROFESSIONAL. OTHER CUSTOMERS CAME IN AND SHE STATED "NOW IM MORE BUSY!! I WILL TURN AROUND AND WALK BACK OUT IF SHES HERE ON MY NEXT VISIT
Crappy staff just working to get paid. Served up stale bread overpriced for what it is!
Horrible service from one specific employee. They literally just stand there without any greeting or indication they are ready for you to order. Obviously this person needs some training in very basic customer service when working in a service industry.
