I’m giving 5 stars because the manager and staff have always been very kind, and the store is consistently clean and well maintained. That said, I did experience something concerning. I went there for a sub after my shift Tuesday night. One of the employees, who I believe was named Autumn, didn’t seem fully well. She was slurring her words and appeared disoriented. Very bad experience with a employee, she have a nasty attitude. ..I cont hear all the time, the first time, did somebody be nasty.

Absolutely disgusting experience. The first thing we were greeted with was a rude “What do you want?” instead of even the most basic customer service. The store was filthy, especially the prep line. As someone who has worked at Subway, it was obvious that food safety and company standards were being completely ignored. On top of that, the staff behind the line was openly rude to each other, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere.
