My wife & I frequent this Subway. Today we went @ around 13:00, was greeted by a worker that we’ve had previously. Wouldn’t you know it, started with an attitude when we ordered 3 subs. Not uncommon with this guy! He’s had the attitude other times we went. He asked the manager for help & she took over. She was extremely professional & courteous. She finished our order for us.Thank goodness for her otherwise we would have left!
customer service is terrible the girls in there have attitude and wait for you to say something before they do , they get mad when your trying to figure out what to order and why tf they cut my bread like that .
Walk in to subway, no greeting, employee taking his time to wait on me although nobody else was there. Just seemed like he was miserable. I ordered a 6" tuna sub on wheat, well it was more like a bread sandwich. Very disappointing
It was great the two women were very helpful and professional.
I've been purchasing subs from this store for over 15 years I understand times may be tough and people may be difficult at times but when you go in the environment is by far not that friendly and the prices are alright but when u pay for extra items and you do not get the portions that is described when makeing the purchase it just does not sit well with me and my family I do not expect anything free and are willing to pay what it cost to get what I want with no complaint they should at least be consistent eveytime I go in t... read more
