Friendly and helpful
if I could rate 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I ordered online, and we made sure to put exactly what we wanted. We went to pick up our order, when we got home, we found out that our sandwich's weren't toasted, he didn't get double meat, they put the wrong vegetables on the sandwich, they made my sandwich wrong as well. And when I try to go get ahold of someone in store, the phone # just goes straight to voicemail. I can't even get my money back and it's pissing me off.
