1 older guy working. He made our subs and didn't say a whole lot. Got home and the bread tasted day old. Will not go there anymore. Really strange customer service. They act like they don't want to be there.
My son and I stopped in yesterday. Jackson helped us. He is so kind, so helpful about what items to put in the sub. He truly seemed to enjoy his job. It was a great experience!
I came in March 28th around 1:30 - 1:40pm, two older ladies and one with glasses specifically working on line. After coming in I notice they were busy, I’m very patient and I was willing to wait. Once she finished with the girl ahead of me she asked how many, in a daze from the social anxiety I go “two wait no just one I’m sorry” silence from her, that’s fine, I can tell she was stressed, understandable. Subway should be aware of how horrible it seems like every location in Grand Rapids is. Food is not as it has been in the past and the service is HORRIBLE
