I visited this Subway location and was extremely disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. There were two employees working—one looked at me without saying a word, and the other didn’t acknowledge me at all. No greeting, no welcome, nothing. I ordered a footlong sandwich with a drink, and the total came to $18 roughly, which felt excessive given the experience. The complete absence of courtesy or engagement was honestly mindboggling. I guess employees don't need to wear their hair pulled back or anything which was slightly unhygienic, but the girl working was quite rude and couldn't even say thank you. The avocado I paid extra for was spread on like butter and the spinach was half frozen, half soggy. Probably my worst experience at a Subway.
SUBWAY is getting cheap with their ingredients , just got a 12 inch and asked for extra olives and i am told " oh we are only allowed 6 olives per sandwich" from the manager (she is new) and i am like oh i guess i wont be going to subway anymore because those are oberty olives from the san joaquin valley out of california and they rock !!!!!!!!!!!!
Another woke ran place asking for tips for doing their job. Not again
28th March 2025 around 8.48pm, term ID: 1/A-567389. We had really bad experience with one of the host who was visibly unhappy making us a sub and serving us. He initially said the ghost pepper bread was unavailable but we could see it in the breadbox. Then when we asked for flat bread he was very quick to comment that he wouldn’t be able to toast it. However our experience at other subway locations was different , we got the flat bread toasted. Overall, bad experience from this host at this location. Hopefully it gets better... read more
