i walked in with 3 other people to use the bathroom, mind you when i walked in there was nobody at the counter for a good 30 seconds. I then went to the bathroom and when i came out the lady passive aggressively asked if we were buying anything and we said no we just had to use the bathroom. Ashley provided excellent service. The store could be updated, only one of the 2 front doors open. You can tell it is under staffed and managed poorly. The shinning point was Ashley, she paid attention to me and took time to make my sandwich they way I liked. The strip mall the restaurant is in is run down. The arrea needs to be cleaned. I have always enjoyed a good fresh subway sandwich. I hope management will hire more help at a fair rate of pay.
