I had given this place a 5 star review but the service has dropped badly. I have been using the app to have my order delivered since I don't have a car. There has been 4 problems. One I accidently ordered Pickup and when I called the to change it to Delivery I was told there was nothing the could do. The food had already been made. They told me to call the main office. Buyer beware!!! Ordered a steak sandwich, but apparently the steak was playing hide-and-seek—and winning! Had to launch a full-on search party just to find a sliver of beef thinner than my patience. If I wanted a bread-and-air sandwich, I would’ve ordered one! Honestly hilarious if you enjoy practical jokes involving your stomach—but downright tragic if you're actually hungry. Good luck, folks—you'll need it!
Foods good when they get the order right. I go there often. And about half the time it's wrong. I always get a BLT. They've given me a bmt, and today they have me a BLT and forgot the bacon. After they did the BMT I started saying "bacon, lettuce, tomato" just so I'm clear. Not sure how they missed the bacon. But it's getting annoying.
