First of all, when I walked in the 2 servers looked at me as if I wasn't supposed to have been there, interrunting their life at WORK. I ordered my food and tried to pay with a $100.00 bill, I was told to go get change from the bank and come back. Subway is a big chain, I know they could have went into their safe or another drawer and got the change. They didn't care to lose a food order or cost and neither did I. I will never go back here again. Service there is horrible and need to be shut down.
Didn’t toast my sandwich or do the special request on my mobile order. I needed the sandwich to have each half wrapped separately. They were not busy, so I added it to the special request. They didn’t do it. Actually, the sandwich wasn’t even cut all the way through. They did not toast my sandwich as requested. I hate cold subway, it was gross, chewy, and overwhelming.
