Always loved this Subway. Used the app today for the first time to order food. The app did not ask me for my name, as i signed in with Apple, and when i got there the manager (Indian lady) proceeded to tell me she could not get me my order w/o a name or the order number. I showed her the app that I used and asked if she knew how to use it and she said no. I waited around for another 5 minutes while my friend already got his food. I would give 0 if I could. Used a free sub deal from the app. They said they don't do the free sub deal at the location and said they canceled the order. The order was gone on my app but they took the money from the tip and did not refund me. Called twice and someone answered but hung up as soon as I said hello.

They’ll cancel your order if you use a reward on the app. Placed an order and had a free footlong reward. When I got to the store they told me they went ahead and had cancelled the order and that I would need to pay. I should have never been able to place an order to that store if the coupon wasn’t valid. No wonder subway has gone down hill
