It’s some way the food is always decent and it’s at Walmart so so much for the atmosphere however, what makes this 15 stars for me is the service provided by Christon It’s very rare anymore to find somebody that takes pride in their work thank you very much for the great service
Look here! There is this one employee I met name Denzel and baybay he is the bomb.com you hear me !! Like I have never felt so valued as a customer from subway in my life (besides when my friend worked there). Denzel though ??? Very much giving and you guys would not thrive as a business if it wasn’t for employees just like him. Give him the accolades he deserves because the way this world going boo? We need people like him!
The Indian guy is rude and doesn't make your food right at all. I placed an online order and it was supposed to be toasted he didn't toast it I asked him you didn't toast it could you please toast it. Me being pregnant I don't want to get sick from a cold sub. He said oh I already made it so I can't you'll have to microwave it. So he refused to toast it or remake it. We were welcomed into the store by Denzel who was busy tending to other customers. He was so pleasant and professional with all the customers before he got to my daughter and I. While completing our order he changed out any veggies that were almost empty to ensure we had fresh ingredients. The major thing I found amazing is his attention to washing his hands and changing his gloves with every change of activity, from taking money to preparing the next persons sandwich, Denzel was on it. Love the vibe I got tonight at this store! Both employees tonight were very friendly and welcoming. Denzel brought amazing energy with the best customer service I’ve received in a long time and finished the visit with a very freshly made sandwich. I hadn’t been to Subway in years, but I will definitely return to this location.
