Requested a refund but I was unable to get refund process. I’m still attempting to contact corporate to receive a refund.
Worst subway ever. Experience was enough to never spend my money at subway again. I ordered my sub 2 hours ahead of time through the app so that it would be ready by my lunch break. I walk in and there’s a line to the door, 1 lady making sandwiches and ringing up. My order was not ready. The lady had no knowledge of my order either. I would’ve had to make the line just so she can make the sandwich that should have been ready.
