I came in around 7:00 p.m. and had a BOGO 50% coupon in the app. However, after adding it to my account, it wasn't showing up on the cashier's end. I asked if she could manually apply it, but she said no. We spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out why it wasn't working while she mostly just watched us struggle.
