I’m not really One to leave reviews, but that’s how bad the service was here. Don’t get me wrong. The food was ok. It would’ve been better if I got the sandwich I ordered, I had to switch orders because The older lady working there said “ Oh, that sandwich is new” She didn’t know how to make it. No customer service whatsoever, Had her phone in between her shirt. She would just stare at me like I didn’t know what was going on. I had to send my husband back to subway to get my sub redone. It was nothing how I asked for it to be made. We only live 4 minutes away. Once he arrived he got attitude from both workers stating they weren’t remaking it or they would recharge them. She called the owner and he told her to make it over. They need customer service training. YOU DO NOT HEAT MAYO.
