Enjoyed the sub needs more comfortable seating.
The staff were extremely rude. I asked the guy to cut the sandwich and he said you have hands you can cut it yourself at home. Really ill mannered staff. The owner should fore them.
The guy that took our order was great, what I have come to expect at Subway. The ladies that completed the sandwiches and rang us through were rude and had bad attitudes, saying we couldn't get any extra veggies cuz of new owners, and the cashier brought out a felt pen to label the 5 subs since 2 were going to a second location but then she just stuffed all 5 into the bag. Since when have they changed the policy to 'get it your way'?
One of the employee here does not listen or may be he doesn’t care about what customer wants. Even after providing prior information of what I needed and how I needed, the employee continued to make the order his way. Probably needs to be trained again.
$19 for a pizza sub on some stale bread and this franchise wonders why it's dieing? Never again.
