Staff were amazing. We stopped in because the other reviews were great. They weren’t wrong. Will always stop at this location when we come through Kamloops!
Had food exposed as they were removing roof tiles and opening lights, watched as dust and debris fell directly into the uncovered food below.
TLDR: I conclude by management orders they are scrimpy on the meat and toppings. Other than that it’s subway. Good food. Me and my kids love subway. Been to subways all over western Canada, rarely had any trouble. For my footlong with 2 scoops of chicken, my first server didn’t fill the scoop all the way and still dropped a chunk into a different meat container, threw it out. Worst Subway expirence I had was here today. The minute we walked into the store we were asked if we knew what we wanted impatiently, rushed to make our sandwiches, also was told how to make our sandwiches and the customer service in general was just appalling. Will not be back to this location. Didn't even get half of what I wanted because we were being rushed so muc, which was ridiculous since there wasn't even alot of customers in the store not to mention they almost messed up a sandwich by almost confusing the customer i... read more
