this is third time they have not send the chips in the order even though we paid for it, when we call them to complaint they hang up the call, worst service and in the sub too they always mess up with sauces and veggie selection, would never recomment this place to order online from their application, worst service ever!!!
I've ordered online and when I got to the store, it was closed. Tried calling and even the customer care on subway sucks. Very bad experience, never going back again.
I placed an online order from Subway and was very disappointed with my experience. My sub had very little sauce, making it dry and not enjoyable to eat. It also seemed like very little care was taken when preparing my order. I was unhappy with the overall service because of the excessive waiting time. My requests took much longer than expected, and there was little effort to explain the delays. The process felt disorganized, and I wasted a significant amount of time waiting for assistance. Better planning and faster response times would greatly improve the customer experience.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and far below the standard I expected.
