Waited at the cou ter for a while with no service. The lady on break usf to go get someone to help us. They made my sandwich and toasted it without asking, and also skipped over choosing cheese completely.
The employee went above and beyond very friendly makes me feel welcomed cheers! 🥂
I had a horrible experience ending with having a manager yelling over the phone for me to calm down, that there was no need to yell. No one was yelling but her. The manager Mariana stated there was no ability for a refund, after my order was not charged properly. I don’t blame the new girls there but the managers for leaving new people unattended, unsupervised and not providing tools needs to do their job. I walked out with no food or a refund. Pedi un sandwich partido en dos siempre los compro así y allí me cobraron el precio de uno y solo me dieron la mitad ???? Que pasó con la otra mitad?? El primer subway que me pasa esto.
