Did an online order for pick up. The Indian or whatever nationality she was, claimed that Id already picked up my order and that I was basically lying. She said someone with my exact name at the exact time picked up my order. Which is Impossible! And her little helper just sat there and said nothing. At first she wouldn’t give a refund. First time at this location a couple days ago and I wouldn't go back to this location.. While me and my husband were ordering food we started to question whether or not we wanted to continue ordering because 1. There was a bug zapper right next to the cashier which I understand the purpose but it just doesn't seem appealing when it's close to the food which made us question the cleanliness of the restaurant. 2. My sandwich was soggy and wet and my order was wrong the sandwich was nasty NEVER AGAIN I EAT HERE
Current experience Do NOT eat here!! We ordered through the app and when we arrived our order had been STOLEN off the rack and they almost refused to remake it! Then to add to it, they do not have chicken salad at this location, told me they’d give me tuna instead (tuna makes me sick). Eventually after some back and forth the lady made a chicken salad with the rotisserie chicken they carry (only good experience this time.)
