I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The girl at the counter was quite rude and unprofessional. I asked for an all-veggie sub, but she overloaded it with lettuce and barely added any of the other toppings. When I asked about sauces, she told me I could either use more than three sauces or use only three and have it grilled — which made no sense. Very disappointing experience. I politely asked for my sub to be grilled and was told the grill isn’t working. This has happened multiple times before at this location, so it seems the grill never works. When I asked why, the staff member was rude and dismissive, even saying “You wanna checkout?” On top of that, the veggies were not fresh at all. Extremely unprofessional.

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Subway location. The staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined my visit. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. Very disappointing experience, and I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don’t have to go through the same.Never ever i am visiting this location.

The subway was lacking it both quality and quantity. Even I asked for more lettuce , peppers and onions but the sandwich tastes like just veggie patty inside and I asked for spicy sauce but she recommended the sauces which are sweet. The bread didn’t taste fresh at all. It was dry overall.Service is also not good. Needs in the improvement in the quantity.
