Hands down the WORST subway out there! I placed an online order and went into pick it up and they said they never received it, yet my credit card was charged. I showed them my order and he pretty much just shrugged at me saying it’s head offices problem. The place is so dirty and the employee and manager are awful. Shut it down
The fact that you charge $15 for a sandwich and can’t even toast it or add the selected ingredients is rather pathetic. I won’t be returning to this location.
Had worst experience with this subway. The employee (Kunj Patel) was very rude and gave me the stale sub even without grilling it. He prepared the order hastily even there was no other customer. The whole subway was empty. I recommend not going to this subway at all. But if you are ok to get disrespect, visit for sure. Zero customer service, cheap and rude employee. I would rate zero with the experience I got.
