OMG! Can't get your order right to save her life & doesn't listen. Incorrect total 5-times. How does a sandwich go in a toasted comes out without melted cheese. Then tried to charge me $15 for a 6 inch sub with 2 cookies. (The sandwich is $6!) She said if I pay the $15 she's give me a cookie! Seriously, that's not even $15. No wonder why the McDonald's across the street line is so full.
I hate when I place an order online and people can’t seem to follow simple instructions. Didn’t ask for cheese on my Tuna sub and received cheese. Asked for more mayo on the other sub and didn’t get any mayo. To make matters worse, you’ve got your kids and all of their belongings spread all across the restaurant. Since when did professionalism and customer service go away? Never again. Ridiculous! This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location but it just gets to a point when you’re tired.
