Wish i could’ve given the place 0. Extremely rude staff, not a welcoming atmosphere at all they make your sub like they’re doing you a favour! The quality of food was horrendous as well, the lettuce was rotten and found a hair in the sub! I didn’t even know it was possible in subway. When showed I my sub to the staff they said that isn’t a hair from their end it’s mine and did not offer an apology or a refund. Hopefully this review will guide to choose starvation over this restaurant.
Would never go again they are liars even tho they have veggie patty in store but they don’t wanna sell it on the subway app because there’s a promotion. I don’t get it why would they put a promotion if they don’t wanna sell it. Pathetic and cheap move. It’s a BOGO deal on the app, the guy said they have shortage on the patties we’ll sell in the store but not on the app wow I don’t get it doesn’t make any sense. Lol.
1 star because I can’t give 0 but I had to write the comments. The staff is so rude and extremely disrespectful with no sense of talking to customer with pathetic customer service. I would never recommend this subway to any sub lovers. We were 2 people in total and one of the staff members refused to provide service. The other one was making subs with same rotten gloves. The lettuce looks so awful it ruins the sandwich...🤢 old and discolored. This is the 2nd time getting this nasty lettuce at this location. Subway is suppose to be fresh. What is happening? I'll have to find another location.
