This subway is my favorite! The staff are great and the manager always greets me by name! I would highly recommend!
This is one of the few subways that i like how they prepare the sandwiches. I order here pretty often and never have issues using the app. The only issue i tend to have is the special direction (i.e. wrap sandwiches in two) rarely gets fulfilled. When i asked the manager he didnt answer me and wrapped it and pushed the sandwich in my direction. He then continued to ignore me as i tried to get an answer since I order frequently. Beware, they add a tip to my receipt without my consent. I put my credit card into the machine, it said processing and he handed me my receipt, never showed a tip screen. A 22% tip was added to my order!
Zero service and zero sense of urgency. Painful to even watch this
