$12 for the saddest looking veggie sub I've ever had in my life. Do you train your staff to be as frugal with the veggies as possible? A $6 bag salad from fresco has more vegetables in it, plus you have the audacity to ask for a tip on your debit machine before paying, yikes.

Website says they have soup .. got to the store and no soup
Today March 2, 2026 I reached your store at 7:00 AM but it was still closed at 7:20 AM. I waited outside for 20 minutes, which was very disappointing. This is the second time this has happened to me once before, the store didn’t open until 7:30 AM. You mention that you operate locally, so management should take more responsibility and open on time. I used to visit your store regularly, but after repeated experiences like this, it feels like customers’ time is not valued. Very poor management.
Everytime come here their washrooms are out of order.. last time I came at night they said its close at night time. Today I came at day time still they said we cant use washroom.
