Not serious about their job they just talking with there friends don’t care about customers i waited here 20 minutes for 2 subway amazing service
The staff was rude. They acted like I was inconveniencing them just being there. They threw my sandwich together. And then while I was eating just yelled at each other the entire time I was trying to eat my food.
Ordered uber also got a receipt with it with my exact order, things were missing, it was like they took both our subs and smashed them together and said here u go. First and last time I'll order from here, can't even read a receipt, mixing up subs like it's sand in sandbox. No tampering on bag either they even stuffed the subs under heavier drinks.
I had a bad experience at this Subway. The crew member (mem) who helped me was extremely rude. They seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in, didn’t greet me, and acted like I was a bother for ordering. No basic courtesy, no eye contact — just a really negative attitude the whole time. I come to Subway for a quick, decent meal, but this kind of treatment makes me want to go elsewhere. Hopefully, this gets addressed because customer service matters.
