Great place and amazing atmosphere
Worst location in Barrie for like the last 20 years at least, any other resident can confirm. You can call them consistent I guess, since they consistently screw up something about nearly every single order they fulfill. They always skimp on toppings compared to other local Subways and dont care at all about customer service, so this is pretty definitively an issue with the franchise owner.
Most of the time when I go in to Subway I’m having to wait because of Doordash, Skip The Dishes or Uber Eats. These delivery drivers who come to pick up are always given priority.. You could be waiting in line and 2, 3, 4 people could come in for deliveries and you would be made to wait behind them every time. You have to just wait and pray that no one comes in while your in there. The employee could be in the middle of making your food but as soon as someone comes in they put you on hold to help them.
