Service is always slow. The quality of the food is just getting worse and worse, but the price getting higher. Got our order wrong. Just not the best experience for us.
The food, service and atmosphere could all use improvement. We were only here to use a gift card. The employees are usually rude. Recommend going off base for better food and service.
I've never left a public review before, but I feel compelled to now. I've had some good service but most of the workers there give you the feeling that you're bothering them. Today, I was waiting in an empty line and set a timer on my watch because I felt like I was waiting a while and it felt like there was no one working there. My timer got to 8 minutes before the Subway worker barked at me across the food court that she still had 15 minutes on her break.
