My Grandfather bought a footlong sub and they gave him old hard bread that was literally falling apart. He asked for a refund and they said no but offered to give him a new piece of bread. Instead of remaking the sub they told him they were about to close for the day even though it was only 4:36pm so they told him he would have to take the sub apart himself and put it in the new bread that was just as old and hard as the old bread.
