I order often, the subs are great loaded with meats and veggies. The staff is very attentive to how you want it made and very polite. Always ready when I get there. Clean environment, nice atmosphere!
Had an excellent barbecue chicken sub
Very little meat or toppings and these subs aren’t cheap.
I have been there several times. The food is always good the service is sometimes slow. But i was just there today and the service was really slow so i sat down on a chair. I looked on the wall and there was a bug on it and with closer and inspection there was a cockroach. I should have taken a picture, but I had to be back at work soon so I just went somewhere else to get lunch. Please get the roaches taken care of.
I walked in to pickup a mobile order placed for 15mins and it wasn’t done. Having never ordered here before, the employee said “since you order all of the time and you take a while to get in, we haven’t made it yet” which was a plain lie. Then other customers proceeded to come in, he walked away and said “I’m not doing this” and said he had to get the other employee smoking. This was a terrible experience. Not to mention, the app said my order was we complete!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
