I have been there several times. The food is always good the service is sometimes slow. But i was just there today and the service was really slow so i sat down on a chair. I looked on the wall and there was a bug on it and with closer and inspection there was a cockroach. I should have taken a picture, but I had to be back at work soon so I just went somewhere else to get lunch. Please get the roaches taken care of.
I walked in to pickup a mobile order placed for 15mins and it wasn’t done. Having never ordered here before, the employee said “since you order all of the time and you take a while to get in, we haven’t made it yet” which was a plain lie. Then other customers proceeded to come in, he walked away and said “I’m not doing this” and said he had to get the other employee smoking. This was a terrible experience. Not to mention, the app said my order was we complete!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Said I wanted a number 15, just like on the board. Then I had to read the board to them. Then they put the mayo on top of the sub instead of on the bread? Why can't anyone in this town make good food? Literally nowhere. For $14 god damn dollars for 1 sub, this is what you get?
Stopped by and ordered 10 subs to go. Staff was top-notch! Neat & clean sells me all the time!
