Ordered through the app. The store closes at 9pm. The app said my order would be ready at 6:40pm. I get there around that time and they have it locked up with a hand written sign saying they closed at 6:30pm. I waited for a bit and an employee came out and I asked him if my order was in there since the app said it was ready for pickup. He just said “no.
