False advertising. Sign in the window advertised 6" turkey mojo for $4.99. Went inside and asked for that and the employee said it was $5.99. I checked the sign again and took a picture whic ill be sending to the bbb. sign says $4.99. They wouldnt honor the advertised price and lost a customer for $1.00! hopefully many more after seeing this. Thats ok, their service and food suck anyways. Goto firehouse subs next door for better food and service.

Poor customer service. No signs of $100 bill no accepted at drive thru. When I was ready to make the payment, the staff said due to counterfeit $100 bill we cannot accept your money. I am fine with it but have it mentioned at Drive thru as I would have avoid ordering if I cannot break my $100 bill. Also, the Sub was not wrapped properly.
Came in for a brisket sub yesterday. This is my go to sub. Every location I get 4 “bunches” of rolled brisket , at this location I got 4 SMALL pieces of rolled brisket. I paid $18.80 for basically flat bread with veggies. So disappointed. Will never go back to this location, what a huge waste of money.
The worst subs I have ever ordered. Asked for Cheese and for it to be toasted. Got back to my office and there was basically nothing in it, and it had no cheese. Gross!!!!
