The one worker at 6 pm was friendly but so slow. It took 10+ minutes to make two subs. He over-toasted the bread on one of the subs and it was so dry that it was inedible (I only found this out after I got home). He was very skimpy with the toppings, and used a filthy knife covered in various mustards and sauces to cut the subs. I asked if he could clean the knife and he gestured that he had no way to clean it, telling me that it has all the different sauces on it 🤮. Overall very disappointing.

Ok for one have more than one person working at night. The guy working tonight is slow, you have a big line up and people ordering 6 sandwiches. Have someone else working or have someone whose faster. Second the washroom is disgusting. The floor isn't swept. The establishment is disgusting. Have more than one person working.
We asked a question about the cheese 5 times before we got an answer , he was rude , he didn’t know how to use the app barely any toppings on my sandwich so disappointed .
