Staff said she was going to call someone on me to put their hands on me and was very rude when making my sandwich not only to me but the customer infront of me who seemed to be disabled smh
Got subs here many times with hit or miss results. The visit on 3/21/26 was a big miss. Only person in the restaurant and the guy kept making online orders. Fine, not a problem but it went on for over 10 minutes. Then ordered my 3 sandwiches and all 3 had the least amount of meat I've ever gotten at a subway. Poor customer service, bad portions, and no desire to return.
I ordered carryout specifically so my food would be ready when I arrived at pickup time. If I don’t walk in until the scheduled pickup time, it should already be prepared. Instead, I walked in and was asked what kind of bread I wanted because they were out. They had my phone number on the order and could have easily called to let me know or ask for a substitution so my order would still be ready on time. That defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. Tried to order food in restaurant and was told to come back in an hour because the worker was working alone and had an online order for 23 subs 🤷♀️
