Had a terrible experience here, walked in 30 minutes before closing and got told that they were getting ready to close, I said you still have 30 minutes, he said he was ready to get out of there and go home! I was surprised, I had just left the hospital after visiting my brother, I was exhausted, sad, and hadn’t eaten all day and figured one sub is quick. Update 1-17-25 WHY does this Subway only have 1 staff member every time I come here? Is their pay or management so terrible that they can't get people? My to-go order is never started until 5-15 minutes AFTER I arrive when it's placed 10 minutes BEFORE I arrive. This subway has gone way downhill again. Horrible experience. My flat bread pizza was rolled into a ball. I requested a refund but the manager refused. She was extremely unprofessional. She wore leggings and she’s a joke, I could not take her seriously. She needs to be trained on customer satisfaction. This subway location has really went downhill. I advise you to go to the Subway location on Fuller/Michigan st. I have never had a bad experience. I submitted feedback online and have yet to hear anything.
