I owe the store owner and staff apology for a bad review I sent a couple months ago. It was for a different subway not northgate subway. I order here all the time and never had a problem online or in store. Good place to go for fast and friendly service.
Extremely rude staff. They even don’t know the difference between pepperjack and cheddar cheese, he was calling pepperjack white spicy cheddar cheese 🤣🤣. I wouldn’t recommend this location
I saw some things at this location today that looked really unhygienic. The owner was in the back moving boxes with his gloves on, then he came to prepare my sandwich and did not change his gloves. The woman at the cash register was wearing gloves, but then she took a coupon from me and was going to go back to make other sandwiches without changing gloves. Gloves must be really expensive, because they don't seem to change them very often here...
