They do not care about the customers that are in store at all. Only the orders coming in through skip/uber. In the 10 minutes we were waiting in line (4th in line) they helped one person in store and started 8 subs via online orders giving them priority over in person orders and customers. We were not greeted when we entered. 5 people walked out in the time we were waiting.
So there's a lot wrong with this location. Corporate seriously needs to fix this location. Lady did not listen, table and chair is blocking off the soda machine and the lady at the counter literally told us to move the table and the chair ourselves to get to the machine ourselves which is completely unacceptable. Excellent customer service, very fast and very clean. This location is the cleanest subway i have been to.
The philipino girl working in evening is so rude. Don’t follow proper instructions of my order. Argue with me for nothing No customer service at all Never come back Poor quality and service
Every time I go to this location they never let me scan or enter my phone number for my rewards
