TO ALL SUBWAY LOCATIONS: As a former employee and long standing customer, I'd like to raise concerns about the quality and quantity of subway going in the gutter. I live in Canada and it doesn't matter what location I order from, it's the same disappointment. If I personally go inside to order, it's fine. Nice experience. I asked to purchase a side of crispy onions and she rejected it. I find that to be ridiculous and honestly, if you’re a business that has bad Google reviews they should be doing better. Go the extra mile. Will not be returning to this location ever again
I have never had such a bad customer service experience before. The lady making my sandwich kept rolling her eyes at me when I was ordering and then mid order she goes to pack someone else's sandwich and touches the chicken so I politely ask her to change her gloves because I cant eat it for religious reasons. She rolls her eyes again and says "its just chicken" HELLO. Dont waste ur money here guys!
