First (and last) time here. Horrible experience. The girl helping was nice. Older Hispanic lady not so much. When it got to the veggies I asked her for what I wanted but she insisted the sauce went first now because that’s how it done otherwise it would be messy. Sure enough it was messy but not because of the sauce (plenty of other places still put sauce last and somehow still manage to make it look good). super rude service was horrible. messed up my order twice.
Nice sandwich shop but a little quiet. Good service and good food.
Asked to use a footlong coupon prior to ordering and said won’t be a problem. Finished making it and then another worker says they can’t accept coupon at the time and had to pay almost $18 for a sub is nuts. And behold it didn’t even taste fresh, veggies looked old.
I just walked out of this place, very disappointed. The lady who is the “manager” (blonde, Hispanic lady) was very rude to the customers and to the only employee helping her. I asked the girl doing my sandwich for extra jalapeños and the “manger” told me “we can’t do extra veggies. You get the portion we put on it only”. She then proceeds to tell the girl helping me “I already told you not to be getting these people into bad habits” in Spanish as if I didn’t speak the language. I understood everything she told her.
