I would like to file a complaint regarding an experience I had yesterday. I placed my order at around 4:26 PM, and the app indicated that it would be ready by 4:45 PM. I ordered ahead because I start work at 5:00 PM, so I expected to have enough time to eat before my shift. When I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 4:50 PM, my order had not even been started. When I asked about it, the staff member said he had gotten busy. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. The manager DONNIE on duty was extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. From the start, their tone was hostile and disrespectful. They even went as far as calling me “homeless,” which is absolutely unacceptable, offensive, and humiliating. Stopped in for a quick lunch with the family. Warning… this is not your typical Subway! No real issues with other locations, but this one is different. The manager (Donny) is very engaging and puts in the effort to make you feel welcome. Not only us (first time at this location), but was welcoming to anyone that came in — you could tell some are regulars who they gotten to know very well. Next time we’re near the Alex and need a bite, will make this our stop.
