It a new comer, and this was my first time going to Subway alone in edmonton The staffs were exceptionally kind, I was able to order my sandwich in a super lovely environment The sandwich was very yummy too 🥪 Super sincere thanks to everyone
Customer service definitely lacks a lot, I see why other low reviews mention this issue. I understand the area is far from the greatest, but customers are not spending hard earned money here to receive, at the very least, judgemental glares and snappy responses while employees make sandwiches - aka doing their job. "Eat fresh. Feel good"..... Or feel the insulting tone while employees speak to each other in Tagalog (?)
