The afternoon staff and service is wonderful. However, this place is HOT. I don’t know if the AC was not working or if it was not on, but it was stuffy in there.
You should come as soon as possible because they're having a special offer to bake bread and bake customers at the same time. Haha, from what I see, there's no air conditioning. I had to leave the subway without ordering. It's very hard and very hot waiting in line.
Excellent Service and a really great sub at Subway!
The workers are great. The area isn't. I feel for them working alone downtown. I've witnessed people come in and steal from the cooler. It is often young women and people of colour working at this location, and they deserve a tip every time, but I worry for their safety. It's also quite busy. There is no reason they should be closing this location alone.
The cashier Rasneet was wonderful, she helped me create a wonderful subway meal, met all my needs with perfect customer service, and most importantly exceeded and went beyond my expectations!
