Excellent Service and a really great sub at Subway!
The workers are great. The area isn't. I feel for them working alone downtown. I've witnessed people come in and steal from the cooler. It is often young women and people of colour working at this location, and they deserve a tip every time, but I worry for their safety. It's also quite busy. There is no reason they should be closing this location alone.
The cashier Rasneet was wonderful, she helped me create a wonderful subway meal, met all my needs with perfect customer service, and most importantly exceeded and went beyond my expectations!

I was always a bit iffy about subway, because I have witnessed some bad hygiene in the past at other locations (not washing hands, not changing gloves between subs), but this location is top notch. Sukh is very friendly and I like going there. She puts a smile on my face even if I just pick up my online order. From previous observation, staff always change their gloves between making different subs (especially if they go from meat to veggie subs). I'm currently using the Subway footlong pass, but I will definitely go back on... read more
