First of all. Ghetttooooo. Trashy. Dirty is an understatement. Girl talked on her ear piece the whole time well attempting to make sandwiches mess them up, they were out of many toppings or so they said but I think it was really just the staff being lazy and not wanting to restock and then the lady at the cash register was coughing up a lung and wasn't even covering her mouth or anything else needless to say the bathroom toilet had a pile of poop in it and there was trash everywhere. Manager is rude to her employee been sitting here eating and she's left the fairly new employee by herself while she was out on her second smoke break since we've been here.
I placed an online order a couple of weeks ago. Once I arrived, my order was missing a pizza. I was instructed to go through the customer service on the app. I never received an email back or a refund. Their online refund protocol is worthless.

I don’t come to this subway often but maybe every once in a blue moon. It never fails there’s almost always something wrong with something I ordered. My dad went to pick up our food, I ordered the turkey bacon avocado ranch wrap. He gets back home and I take a couple bites only to realize there’s no avocado or bacon and he’s been charged for it.
