I got their tuna Tuesday meal on UberEats. I ordered a Red Bull. I got a Sprite. Otherwise the food is fine and is the only thing I can comment on as I got my food delivered. I was refunded a small amount for not receiving what I ordered.
We love Subway and come to this location often since it’s close by, but unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The same employee is usually running the store alone and clearly overwhelmed, which shows in her attitude. She has been repeatedly rude to both me and my wife, and very resistant to simple customization requests (like extra veggies or more dressing)—which is literally the core concept of Subway. Came here as an actual customer and got scolded over the parking spot in a way that felt rude and arbitrary. The posted sign says 15 minutes for customers, but we were told we “only get 10 minutes” if we were also stopping by Molly Tea before buying from Subway. That sounded made up on the spot and did not match the signage. If there’s a real policy, post it clearly. If not, don’t invent extra rules depending on who you decide to hassle. Tried to come in and grab a cookie. Woman flagged me down as I was walking towards the store and told me I couldn't park in the subway customer spot. Even after I told her I wanted to buy a cookie she gave me attitude and told me I could only park for 10 mins even though the sign said 15 mins. I asked if they had my favorite white chocolate macadamia and she responded dismissively along the lines of "We have what we have on display".
