I ordered a veggie patty via their app, and the order was accepted. I used checkout as guest. When I reached the store they wanted to sell the veggie delite version, which is cheaper. I refused and asked them to cancel the order and refund me. However, they refused to do anything at the billing counter, and asked me to check the app. The app has no recollection of my order as it was checked out as guest. Now I am $12 down with no sandwich.
