Their sandwiches look nothing like what they show in photos. I ordered a “ sandwich with extra cheese, extra tomatoes and extra cucumbers. When I got my sandwich, it had just one small slice of tomato and invisible cheese. This is not an isolated incident. This is a pattern. We ordered one 6-inch and one footlong sub through the app. It wasn't until after we picked it up and got home did we realize that they gave us two 6-inches. We had to drive all the way back and wait for them to make us the other half of the footlong that we were missing. Super unprofessional because they didn't even apologize. I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered via the kiosk and requested extra onions, pickles, and black olives. Unfortunately, the amount of vegetables I received was minimal. It seems the staff skimped on the ingredients just to make closing up easier, which is a clear sign of laziness. I won't be returning anytime soon. And do not order on kiosk. Make your sandwich front of your eyes..
Decided on Subway for lunch. Doordashed it because I was a little busy and this is what we got. One with only the bread. Second with only the meat... interesting...
