The guy they have working has absolutely no customer service skills. Im in the store teaching my special needs son how shop and order and pay for his food and this guy so busy on the phone and not paying attention to the customer. Won't bring him back here anymore.
Saw a promotion advertised outside and decided to stop by, only to be told they don’t actually honor that promotion at this location. Really frustrating and misleading experience. If that promotion isn’t valid here, then why put the poster outside in the first place? The staff was also not very friendly or helpful. Definitely would not recommend.
I almost never write reviews, but I felt compelled to after going here for the first time. At this time, this location had a BOGO deal of either meatball marinara or spicy Italian. I ask the guy for once of each, and he says he can't make the spicy Italian. It's only lunchtime and all of the meat tubs are full, so basically he just didn't want to make it.
