On September 14th, my son and I went to your Subway expecting to buy meatball subs buy one get one free as posted on the window. We walked in and spoke to the cashier to confirm and his response was to nod his head no since he was on the phone with no explanation. We were charged for two meatball subs. Total cost was $26.11. We go to Subway for the discounts.
The guy they have working has absolutely no customer service skills. Im in the store teaching my special needs son how shop and order and pay for his food and this guy so busy on the phone and not paying attention to the customer. Won't bring him back here anymore.
Saw a promotion advertised outside and decided to stop by, only to be told they don’t actually honor that promotion at this location. Really frustrating and misleading experience. If that promotion isn’t valid here, then why put the poster outside in the first place? The staff was also not very friendly or helpful. Definitely would not recommend.
