I’m disappointed with my experience at this Subway. The food and service were okay, but the bathroom was completely out of service every time I come for visit this restaurant, having a clean and available restroom is an important part of the overall customer experience. I hope management takes care of this issue soon because customers should be able to use the facilities when they visit. Overall, this was disappointing and definitely affected my experience.
